Baby & Toddler

A chance for little ones (up to 2.5 years) to attend with an adult and to learn water safety skills in a fun and gentle way through the use of rhymes, games and toys.  The chance to develop an awareness of when it is safe to enter water and when it is time to wait on the side.  Essential skills such as floating, propulsion, submersion and rotation are learnt at the pace of each child and accompanying adult.

A 1st Swim School Certificate of Attendance Awarded.


Swimming Technique and Water Skills

Suitable for children age 3 plus, capable of attending a class without a parent in the water – non-swimmers through to 10 metre plus swimmers.

An opportunity to accelerate learning through daily attendance.

From basic water skills through to improving technique on all the swimming strokes

Breastroke/Butterfly Workshop

Suitable for confident swimmers (10 metres plus)

Breastoke and Butterfly sometimes cause children a problem in that they require a precision not demanded in Frontcrawl and Backstroke.

Consolidation of the two strokes on a daily basis, taught in a fun way.

A 1st Swim School Certificate of Attendance Awarded


Classes will be small (maximum of 4 children per lesson – 5 for baby & toddler).  A 30 minute lesson per day.  Cost £50.
